  • Ensuring that our CRM and various marketing technology platforms support student recruitment, conversion and enquiry management activities
  • Managing a feature roadmap that aligns with our evolving business needs
  • Delivering a fully integrated CRM with an eco-system of marketing automation platforms
  • Leveraging the latest innovations and functionality from these platforms
  • Managing customer data collection, organisation, and maintenance across our systems, according to GDPR and university information security regulations
  • With both our end-users and CRM system and end users at the heart of your thinking and decision-making, you will be a brand champion, bringing the BU digital experience to life while ensuring robust governance, compliance and security policies are in place.
