We have been successful in attracting project funding from the Office for Students to develop new apprenticeship provision to increase the number of students on our apprenticeship degrees and equality of opportunity for prospective apprentices. The aim of this exciting project is to advance our strategies and initiatives to increase choice for our students, improve graduate outcomes and widen opportunity.
To support this strategically important work, we are seeking a part-time individual, who can provide expertise in the development of apprenticeship delivery material content and support the formal university approval process of a Midwifery degree apprenticeship.
We are looking for someone with expertise with a broad knowledge in the health/midwifery subject area and a growing reputation for excellence in learning and teaching. You’ll need to demonstrate a genuine interest in degree apprenticeships provision that meet UK skills needs now and in the future. Confidence and enthusiasm are key, together with the ability to think strategically and influence at all levels whilst delivering service excellence both internally and externally.
This position is offered on a secondment / fixed-term basis until 31st July 2025.
This position is part-time 18.5 hours (0.5 FTE).
