The Student Wellbeing Service plays a critical role in enabling students to thrive and we are looking for compassionate and skilled Wellbeing Practitioners to join us. You will have a relevant professional qualification, for example Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, along with the experience and skills to undertake assessments and provide short-term interventions and facilitate groups and workshops to promote student retention, engagement, achievement and progression.
Part time hours may be considered for this role, at a minimum of 18.5 hours a week.
There are two positions available for this role.
This position is eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System, however BU’s salary for the role may not meet the salary threshold required for sponsorship.
