About the role

As part of our strategic commitment to internationalisation and global engagement, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional and visionary Dean Global & Strategic Partnerships. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Vice-Chancellor and CEO and will shape, lead and deliver the University’s global and regional partnership strategy.

You will drive growth in international student recruitment, develop new transnational education (TNE) and CPD opportunities, and embed internationalisation across education, research and enterprise. With a strong institutional mandate, you will lead the development of strategic partnerships, maximise income generation, and enhance BU’s global reputation.

As a member of the University Leadership Team, you will play a central role in delivering BU2035 by championing innovation, international collaboration, and transformative change. Working closely with Associate Deans and senior leaders across the institution, you will promote a global mindset and ensure alignment with our academic ambitions, fostering a vibrant, inclusive international experience for students and staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with a track record of building high-impact partnerships, strategic thinking, and academic credibility, who thrives in a dynamic, outward-facing environment.
