We are looking for a Global Engagement & Strategic Partnerships (GESP) Coordinator to join the Global Engagement & Strategic Partnerships team, supporting both the International Student Recruitment and Global Mobility & Exchange functions.
This varied role provides administrative, operational and coordination support across two key areas of the University’s international activity. Working closely with the International Student Recruitment team, you will report to the International Agents Manager to help coordinate recruitment activity for prospective international students, support the administration of the University’s international representative (agent) network, and assist with events, marketing activity and recruitment operations.
Alongside this, you will also support the Global Mobility & Exchange team. Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, you will contribute to the administration of student and staff mobility programmes and international funding schemes such as the Turing Scheme. This will involve coordinating applications, managing records and reporting requirements, supporting communications with students and staff, and assisting with the delivery of mobility-related events and initiatives.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload across two teams while ensuring compliance with University processes and external regulations. You will work closely with colleagues across Global Engagement & Strategic Partnerships as well as teams such as Marketing, Finance and Academic Services.
