About the role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Advisor Manager to lead our Mental Health Advisor service and play a pivotal role in supporting students with complex mental health needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mental health professional to combine leadership, service development, risk management and direct student support within a dynamic and student-focused environment.

About the Role

As Mental Health Advisor Manager, you will lead a team of Mental Health Advisors, providing line management, professional supervision and service oversight to ensure students receive high-quality, effective support that enables them to succeed academically and personally.

Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will maintain your own caseload of students with complex and high-risk mental health needs while supporting the wider student wellbeing team through assessment, triage and crisis management activity when required.
