About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional administrator to join the Operations team within Student Services, on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover.  Working closely with the team, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Student Services Leadership Team, while contributing to an efficient and effective central operations service across Student Services.  

You must be a patient, friendly, well organised individual who is adaptable and takes a proactive approach to your work. You will be able to manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within operational deadlines. Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, combined with the ability to remain organised and work effectively under pressure. You must be confident working independently, while also being a supportive and collaborative member of the wider team.
