The Production Support Counter at Bournemouth University provides first-line support for both academic and student-led activities, serving over 4,000 users. Our goal is to ensure every user receives the highest quality support.
In this role, you’ll help supervise a team responsible for managing and maintaining a large inventory of high-end broadcast equipment and facilities. You’ll play a key role in enabling learners to make the most of their experience with us by providing guidance on best practices, equipment suitability, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation.
