About the role

Join Our IT Services Team!

 We are seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between IT Services and BU end users, delivering first-line technical support and aiming to resolve the majority of issues on the first call. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure a seamless IT experience for our users.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support for all IT-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using remote tools and diagnostic techniques.
  • Keep users updated on their issues and inform them of any changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Help us enhance and refine our services for an even better user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Great communication skills to work with staff and students across campus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A good understanding of IT services in a university setting.
