We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Mentor to lead and support our team of Mental Health Mentors within Student Services. In this pivotal role, you will provide professional supervision, oversee the delivery of high-quality mentoring for students with mental health conditions, and manage your own caseload of complex cases. You will play a key part in supporting students to manage their mental health, achieve their academic potential, and thrive during their time at BU. Working collaboratively across the University and with external partners, you’ll contribute to the development of effective wellbeing strategies and ensure a responsive, student-centred service. This role requires professional registration with an NMH-accepted body and a strong background in mental health support, risk management, and safeguarding.
