We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and skilled communicator to join the Operations Support Team as a Faculty Operations Manager. The successful candidate will oversee critical operational functions within the Faculties, including HR, finance, facilities, and equipment. You must be an experienced line manager with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to guide and support your team through periods of change and development. We are particularly interested in candidates with project management experience.
THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO BOURNEMOUTH UNIVERSITY STAFF AND AGENCY STAFF CURRENTLY WORKING AT BOURNEMOUTH UNIVERSITY ONLY.
This post is available for up to 12 months on a fixed-term contract or secondment basis to provide maternity cover for an established member of staff. Internal applicants may be considered for a secondment but this would need to be discussed with their line managers prior to application.
