About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Timetabling Officer to play a key role in supporting the University’s timetabling operations. You will help ensure the effective preparation, allocation and delivery of annual student, staff and room timetables, working closely with academic colleagues and the wider Timetabling Team to deliver a high quality, efficient service.

This is a pivotal position for someone who enjoys problem solving, data interpretation, system optimisation and building strong working relationships. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of timetabling processes, supporting enhancements that improve the experience for students and staff.  

About you

You will bring: 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex workloads. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills. 
  • A high level of accuracy and confidence working with data and IT systems. 
  • Experience supporting or delivering timetabling or other complex scheduling processes (desirable). 
  • A collaborative approach and a commitment to service improvement. 
  • The ability to provide guidance, training and support to colleagues.
